<p>Facebook <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><a href="http://www.mediapost.com/publications/?fa=Articles.showArticle&amp;art_aid=117326" target="_blank">cashes in on popularity</a></strong></span> with a new ad option that allows brands to target friends of fans connected to their page.</p>
<p>Google is in the <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><a href="http://mashable.com/2009/11/12/google-spdy/" target="_blank">prenatal stages</a></strong></span> of developing a potentially faster internet that could replace HTTP. If they succeed the internet could be twice as fast and their ego twice as big&#8230;which is a scary thought.</p>
