03.12.08 Plug Awards
Street Attack partnered with GenArt this March to help produce the 2008 PLUG Awards in NYC. The event showcased the top independent music artists of 2007. It was an amazing night hosted by Patton Oswalt with performances by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, St. Vincent, Dizzee Rascal, and Jose Gonzalez.
Our work on the event included bringing in artists and set designers in our network to create original art pieces dedicated to PLUG that were hung throughout the venue in the VIP lounge and on the main floor. Some pics from the event can be found here.

10.02.07 Finally, Citysquares!
Finding local restaurants, shops, and other neighborhood fixtures has never been an easy task. Sure, there are sites like Citysearch and Yelp, which well help guide you in the general direction. But when it comes to getting unbiassed, hyper-local info (that doesn't crash in the middle of your search), there really hasn't been a great go-to online resource. Until now.
Citysquares.com is the future of hyper-local search. And Street Attack has recently joined forces with this Boston-based company to help them launch their newly improved, web 2.0 charged website. If you live in Boston, be sure to check out the launch in mid-October. And for all of you outside of Boston, stay tuned. They'll be coming to a city near you soon!
10.02.07 Red Bull SOAPBOX!
SOAPBOX anyone? The Red Bull Soapbox Races are right around the corner - and this year, if you live in the Northeast or the Northwest, you're in luck. Red Bull Soapbox is coming to Seattle (9/29) and Providence (10/13) this year, and you definitely don't want to miss out! Check out: http://www.redbullsoapboxusa.com/races.aspx for more information.
Street Attack has linked up with Red Bull this year to help promote the Providence race through an online viral program - tapping into forums, blogs, and online communities.

If you're a New Yorker, be sure to look out for our teams around the city. We'll be the folks in blue with a whole bunch of water!
